The Self-Care Series

4-Week Group Coaching Programs for Women

What is it?

The Self-Care Series is a collection of 4-week courses designed to help you rediscover YOU.  As women, we get so tied up in taking care of, and pleasing, everyone else.  We lose sight of the unique qualities, desires, and passions that make us who we are.  As a result, we end up feeling stuck, lost, purposeless.  These feelings show up as anxiety, depression and listlessness.  We want to be happy, and are grateful for what we have, but the joy is gone.

This self-care series is designed to reconnect you with the beautiful being that is YOU.  We will learn tools and techniques to rediscover, accept and appreciate ourselves, to be bold in our pursuits and chase what makes our souls sing.  Register now and start your journey to get your JOY back.

Women Holding Hands

How it works

In the 4-week series, you will be able to learn small steps that you can incorporate that week, as well as share and discuss with the other women in the group.   With a group coaching platform, not only do you learn and get encouragement and support from me, but also from the other women in your cohort.  We will learn some tips, tricks, and techniques to help you get to know yourself on a deeper level and get that happy self back that you used to have.

What they're saying...

I was dealing with postpartum anxiety and depression when I started working with Sally after having my daughter at the start of the pandemic. It was really challenging because I couldn't see anyone and I was scared to leave the house because I didn't want to get covid. I felt alone. I wasn’t happy.  I was angry and snapping at everyone. I didn't want to do anything at all most days, and it was a struggle to be a parent. We had been working together for about 3-4 months when I felt a shift in my depression and about 6 months when I felt a big shift in my anxiety. I attribute the shift to having the tools in my brain to help calm me down when I'm feeling anxious and the knowledge of knowing what my anxiety feels at the beginning before it gets bad. My life is a bit less stressful, I'm still cautious, but not needing to control everything. I'm not crying and having a panic attack at the first sign of a cough.  I have been able to take "me time" and find joy in the little things.
