About Us

Meet Sally and Amy

Sally and Amy have been working together for the past 4 years, collaborating on workshops and retreats. Sally is a life coach, specializing in helping women rediscover themselves, their passion, and taking responsibility for their self care.  Amy is a yoga teacher, and infinite possibilities coach, whose passion is helping women find their inner calm.  Our purpose for this collective is to help women empower themselves, feel calmer, and give themselves permission to practice self care.  We are honored and grateful that you are here, and can't wait to connect.
